Adam and Monica Stanfield are qualified manufacturing engineers who, coincidentally, are married to each other. Between them they have 14 years experience in design and manufacturing.

KadMonSta Design was commenced in 2004, after the birth of their second child, when they decided it would be easier for Monica to set up at home and work for many clients, than to continue to work for one company outside the home. Since then they have worked for a variety of companies and on a number of different projects.

The business has grown steadily, and although at first it was considered a temporary solution, Adam and Monica have adopted a strategy of continuous improvement and plan to run their design house indefinitely.
